Deposits Policy

 

For tattoo bookings we ask for a 50% deposit to secure your booking, which is non-refundable. 

However, should you need to move your appointment, we will always do our best to work with you and provided you give us SEVEN days notice we will move your booking (once only) to a new date that works for you.

If you give us LESS than seven days notice to change your booking, we will do our best to fill your appointment and if we are successful, we will move your appointment (once only) to a new date that works for you. 

If we are unsuccessful in filling your time slot, we will not be able to refund your deposit.  Please understand we are a small business and your deposit won't cover the hours we lose tattooing along with all the prep time spent designing and drawing up your tattoo for you in advance of your booking.
